Fn F5 seems to have died for me

#1 Post by nikemen » Thu Jan 10, 2008 10:40 pm

So, I was using the DOCK on my X61t today, for the first time. I hooked up to the dock and invoked the presentation director, to get to an external dock setting. I also invoked FN F5 to turn on Bluetooth, to use my bluetooth keyboard with the device.

Now, the FnF5 seems to do nothing, other than populate service after service in the task manager, that is Active Connections On Screen xyz running. I must have had eight of them going at one point.

Reboots don't make it any better, something is now broken.
anyone seen this, any thoughts on how to make it better?

Reinstall Hotkey drivers from lenovo:

Hotkey driver for Windows Vista, XP, 2000 - Notebooks.
"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.
