pristine transnote worth ?

#1 Post by roncoinc » Fri Jan 11, 2008 5:52 pm

A friend of mine is asking me to sell off his trasnsnote.
probly ebay unless i got an offer he would accept.
the worst part of it is he doesnt have the original box the laptop came in and the battery is not perfect.
other than that everything else is like new,,the leather perfect..
has all the cd's including restore cd,about six of them,a new original paper pad,,even the plastic bags for power cords and adapter and the original box all that came in..
it is %100 as an original buyer would get it except the box for the laptop.
600 mhz model.
my questions are selling one of these what would be the good points to include and what would an acceptable price be ??
tnx for any suggestions.
Ron..

An unusual bird that is not offered very often...my semi-educated guess would be between $200 and $300, if the CMOS battery is still good...but prices will differ wildly.

Good luck.
