Verizon Sierra Wireless Modem on Ubuntu T60p

#1 Post by bkearns » Sat Jan 12, 2008 3:42 pm

Kind of new to Linux but I'm learning and loving it. I've gotten every piece of hardware working on my T60p with the exception of the built in Verizon Wireless adapter. It's a sierra wireless modem and the account is active so I can use it if I boot to the windows partition.

Anyone have any idea how I might be able to make it work in Ubunto 7.10 gutsy? I'd like to delete that windows partition once AND FOR ALL!

Thanks

Bill

This isnt all that comprehensive, but should get you on the right track.
