Weird problems with PC
So I was given some components for a desktop PC:
Asus P4P800-E Deluxe Mobo
P4 (sck 478) 3.4Ghz/1mb/800FSB
1.5GB PC3200
eVGA 6800GT (agp)
+ and additional
nVidia 5900XT (agp)
I have everything hooked up in a "Titan Robela" Watercase (waercooling built in to the case), went to boot the system, and got the lady telling me "System failed CPU test".. All of this is hooked up via a thermaltake 480w psu.
I checked *everything*. I still can't figure out why the system won't boot with the 6800. It boots and runs great with the 5900XT, but throw in the 6800, and it won't even post.
The really ironic thing about all of this, is that my friend who gave me these components, had the 6800GT hooked up to the system (minus my watercase) and it ran fine!
Hmmm....
Think the video card fried somehow? I don't have a board that has AGP, so I can't test. My friend is going to take the 6800 on monday when we get to work, and test it on another board/cpu/ram he has that is AGP.
Thoughts?

I will find out. I know for sure it's black, with orange fans and gold fan grills, rated at 480w... 20 pin Mobo plug + 4 pin CPU plug
Sorry for the long response time, I will have to open the watercase to find out *groan* (easier said than done lol)

Check that you plugged in an extra power connector onto that gfx card. Without it they won't work or give a message that they need more power (that's what my A6600GT said yesterday, after I cleaned the fan and forgot to attach the power cable).
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)

Ok, The "deluxe" mobo is the mobo that won't post with this card. It will only boot with the 5900XT installed. Not the 6800. I don't have an *additional* board with an agp slot to test with. I have Dell P4 boards, but they do not have any AGP slots. The other boards I have are all PCI-e.
