Bluescreen "Echache.sys"

Hi all,

last week i moved my partition sizes around a bit, using Paragon Partition Manager with Vista Home Premium....

All went fine, but since then I forever get BSODs after rewaking the system from hibernation.....

didn't manage to find the cause up to now, it always says tat ecache.sys is the file responsible....

Any ideas?
