Power Manager on T-60 (display time remaining)

#1 Post by robegusn » Sun Jan 20, 2008 2:38 pm

There must be someone out there with a better memory than me :^)

I just restored my T-60 to a previous config and now the Power Meter on the Taskbar shows the remaining battery life as a percentage as opposed to battery time remaining.

I was sure that this was just a simple setting within the Power Manager utility but I simply can't seem to find the option.

What I want to have - and what I had working previously - was that the Power Meter showed a percentage when plugged in to AC, but showed hours and minutes remaining when running on battery.

Thanks

Robert

On my t60 I just left click on the green battery icon in the taskbar and can then chose what I'd like to have displayed: how many watts are drawn, remaining percentage or remaining time.

Thanks - I knew the option was there, I just couldn't find it.

Thanks for the info.

You're welcome. I'm using this feature myself when I'm curious how much of an influence certain activities/settings do have.
