HP 2207h Widescreen HD Monitor

I have Time Warner Cable with a high definition cable box with an HDMI output. I am looking at the Hewlett Packard 22" Widescreen Flat-Panel TFT-LCD HD Monitor Model 2207h (h means that it is an upgraded model with HDMI input) as an HD TV. Any thoughts? Also any thoughts about buying three and replacing my two IBM L200p monitors? The 2207h is $350.
