expert tech question this fell out of my T41 case help?

This is turning into a nightmare for this T41 I bought a week ago
it ran fine until one day I was just surfing the net and all of a sudden the screen glitched a little and everything froze up
I ran every test possible and they all passed with PCdoctor
I updated everything from IBM still no go
when I opened up the case to reseat the onboard 256 RAM
this little brown cap? I'm guessing fell out. I know it's surface mount but is there any way to resolder it to the mb that's if I can pinpoint where it came from since there's a bunch of them
I'm hoping someone has some pictures of the mainboard components so I can see which one is missing on the board
I'm actually a former Navy radar tech so I'm pretty good with a soldering iron I'm praying this can be remounted somehow this is really bumming me out
any tech help is greatly appreciated
