I wouldn't bid more than $120. The X20 isn't worth much these days.
Incidentally, the stated weight of 3.1 lb is incorrect. For X20 models with 1024x768 display, the weight is around 3.45 lb. 3.1 lb is for models with 800x600 screen.

No more than $100, and even that might be pushing it.
My $0.02 only.
Couple of nice low-cost ThinkPads in the marketplace here these days...you may want to check...HarryC's T21 and dorronto's X30...better than eBay prices for sure, and from trusted sellers...

But the seller is including a wireless PC card, which is worth around $20. So, we both think the laptop itself is worth $100 plus shipping.ajkula66 wrote:No more than $100, and even that might be pushing it.

I'm replying from one right now, same specs, 2662-39U. To me they are priceless.........LOL.
Honestly, don't go over $150 shipped, but if you doooo........ it's still not all that bad because they are rock solid ultralights. An X22 is a better X2 but can cost another $50 to snag. One thing to do, if you can, is to replace the thermal pad between the processor and heatsink and clear the dust from the heatsink's fan. Make sure you apply the latest 2007 ACPI update from Lenovo too, really helps in keeping them running smoothly, cool and the processor throttled perfectly. These things are getting a little long in the tooth going on 6+ years old but still, if you can find one in good shape, excellent for light duty, Mom stuff. I'm not a Mom, I'm a Dad....... and I and my sons hammer this one to death and it still wants more......lol.....I'm not kidding.
Use dish detergent on the rubberized paint, gets the palm grease out like a charm......
