Have you seen the Portabook?

#1 Post by mikey pizano » Thu Jan 24, 2008 11:35 am

I laughed at this when I seen the commercial. They claim similar stands cost over 100 bucks. Funny, I have a Targus one form 4 years ago and it was only 35...

I don't think I would spend any money on that.

Sad thing is when they claim heat damage is prevented... If your laptop is that hot, you may have problem there. Plus similar ones are better and my Targus model was only 30. THAT WAS FOUR YEARS AGO TOO!

It looks like a rebranded Targus one. I have one on my keychain that I got at Radio Shack for 15 bucks. I use it so we don't confuse my keys with the spare ones for the truck.
