SOLD: T40 1.6GHz/40GB/512MB/WiFi/CDRW-DVD/Near MINT + Bonus

#1 Post by underclocker » Fri Jan 25, 2008 1:57 pm

SOLD: A near MINT T40 with very little use. I received this T40 with just over 100 cycles on the battery (now 138 cycles) and I believe it's the original battery. This T40 was hardly used and that's how it looks and performs. It is near perfect.

This is a fast T40 with a Pentium M 1.6GHz CPU and a 5400 RPM HDD. It has the HPA recovery partition with the most current image (WinXP Pro SP2). Full specifications are below.

More pix --> * Link Removed *

This T40 is in perfect operating condition and near new cosmetic condition. It works perfectly - no USB or video issues. The entire unit looks brand new with one exception, slight wear and inventory sticker residue on the lower left hand top of the cover. Please see the pictures, no scratches or cracks anywhere.

The LCD is very bright and with ONE stuck pixel in the upper right hand corner. I positioned the tip of the cursor on the stuck pixel in the pictures. It can only be detected on a black background where it stays stuck on blue. It took me two weeks to even notice it!

If it weren't for the stuck pixel and slight residue mentioned above, I'd call this absolutely MINT. The palmrest stickers are still mint! You will love this machine!

As a bonus, a licensed CD set for Microsoft Office 2000 Professional will be included. (NO, I will not reduce the price if you don't want this bonus!)

$299 delivered in the U.S. (no international sales at this time) I will pack very well for shipping. PayPal, USPS M.O. or cash accepted.

I doubt that it would be FS long enough to persuade you to go international, but put me on the waiting list in case it does, Ed. This would be perfect for my sister, who's looking for a T4x laptop at the moment. Looks great!!

Hello, I'm not a buyer, but I just wanted to compliment you on a very nicely presented item. Clearly illustrated and well written.

Best of luck in selling this nice machine!
