T60 Memtest

Hello All,

I have a T60 (2008-49U)...I recently upgraded the memory from 1GB to 3GB (added a single stick of PC5300).

After the upgrade I booted my Ubuntu cd (to run Memtest).

Question: Memtest shows all 3GB of memory but show DDR332 memory and FSB of 166Mhz (I thought it would show FSB of 667MHz and the memory as DDR2).

My guess is Memtest is our of date ?

Any thoughts ?
