Remanufactured certified product?

Found some pretty sweet deals on ebay which are remanufactured certified products sealed by IBM.

I wonder if they worth a try. Are they the same as refurbished products? Would they probably have scratch on the cover, oily keyboard or even dead pixel on LCD?

Dead pixels are possible since 10+ dead pixels qualifies for replacement, so if it doens't have more than 10 I guess they'll say it's ok.
