identical T60s but 15 degree GPU temp difference

You're probably going to tell me it's the "thermal paste thing", but maybe there's an easier fix.

One T60 runs a GPU temp of around 52 deg and the other runs a GPU temp of 66 deg.

all other numbers are very close...for example CPU around 45 degrees to 55 degrees depending on load on either machine.

If I need to re-do the thermal paste, is that hard to do? I assume a GPU of up to 75 degrees under load would still not be damaging. Fan speed runs around 3400 max when at hottest readings.

clean both of them with compressed air and see if there is still any difference.
