I thought 14" T43p doesn't exist. Or does it?

No mistake.

Same on the inside as the T43p as far as the GPU.

I usually see the 14" T43p's with the SXGA+ 1400 X 1050 LCD. I am not sure if they are available in XGA.

hmm i always thought that the "p" version in the T series had to be 15" with flexview and best graphic card. but thanks for clarifying this.

All T40p and T41p models are 14.1" - the 15" Flexview wasn't available in the T series until the T42 was released.

T42p and T43p were available in both 14" and 15" versions.

14" is a SXGA+ (1400x1050), standard TN panel.
15" is an UXGA (1600x1200), IPS Flexview.

T42 and T43 SXGA+ 15" models are also IPS FlexView, but have 64Mb dedicated video (ATi 9600 and X300, respectively).
