T series is my forte, so I know zero about the R series. Is this worth locating an iphone to trade the guy? Seems like a decent machine if everything works. Any estimates on approximate value?

I'd keep the iPhone......maybe for a T61p......

This person doesn't even list the model and it doesn't look like a higher end R61. I'd let it go unless you can get a hot iPhone.....lol. You could ask for the serial number.....see if it's been reported.

Hot was the word that came to my mind too. Got a response from the guy and it smells shady. Gonna have to pass on it. Thanks for the input guys
