WTB -- DDR (non-laptop!) 256mb or 512mb

got an old but solid c3-based filer, memory went bad*

running FreeNAS, so it's not like I need any huge memory. looking for any of the following in 184-pin DDR:
- single 256
- single 512
- pair 256
- pair 512

cheaper the better!

*ok ok, actually I gave away the good memory and put in a questionable stick that turned out to be, well, questionable...

I have a Kingston 512meg DDR-400 ram here.Desktop ram.
Also have 2x128's of DDR-266 as well.
They all work great,tested them all today.
Not sure on a price for them.
Any offers?
Oh ya shipping is from Canada so it may take just over a week to get to the USA.

Will also look at trades for something ,again dont have anything in mind but try me.
