Virtually all Mac OS X software than can be installed on a real Mac will work on a Hackintosh, provided you have the proper updates.

Yes but i mean, does the ati radeon mobility x300 card work?
Because when i tried it on Linux it just closes down maya when i used the ati drivers, but now with the new ati drivers it works on linux.

The X300 does seem to work on the most popular distributions (Kalyway's Leopard, JaS' Tiger), although you may or may not have to modify the .kexts (the drivers) after a fresh install, consult http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php? for more details.
