does anyone know if this driver uses the widcomm/broadcom BT stack? i kinda like being able to turn the BT on/off by using the tray icon.

thanks.

eeww.. tray icon? eeeew? LOL I much rather the cleaner interface of just pressing FN + F5. When it's on, the light turns on and the icon shows up. Press it again and it all disappears like it's not even installed... nice and clean.

as for your question tho... sorry i'm not sure but i think they are broadcom stuff. Vista has built in drivers which can support everything based on what's connected. When i connected my Motorola H700 it downloaded the driver from Windows update for it that enabled hands free and other things. When i connected the Bluespoon stereo headsets, it downloaded drivers for that too. Connected my Blackjack 2 it download that and enabled activesync BT sync. So whatever you want to connect to it it will just download drivers for it and off it goes working.
