T30 flickers when running on battery
T30 flickers when running on battery
I have a T30. When it is running on battery the lcd starts to flicker a bit. If I hook it up to an external monitor there is no flicker running on battery. There is no problems as long as the power supply is attached to the laptop. Could this be the inverter? I do not know much about inverters or LCD's but in my mind it is not the inverter since it works when the power supply is plugged in.
Please give me you oppinion before I go and buy a new inverter.

I'm curious about the state of the battery. What voltage does it report when the flickering occurs, and what voltage when fully charged?
Could be one of the infamous choke solder joints, or a bad connection in the battery circuit too.

Common sense to some of us is unfortunately the higher education others strive to attain.
