Slow boot up time

i have a T42 it was running good till today and i try to clean up c drive by using this softwear >>ccleanersetup204 its from piriform Ltd. after i clean up c drive. i realise that my pc just got very slow upon shut down and when i boot up it took more then 3 min to boot up and more then 3 min to shut down. so you do you guys think that it knock out any file.... ? over all performance is very good once it start. please some one help me here thanks...

Try running Bootvis to see if that helps -

i download it. when i try to install. it says this installation package could not be open.contact application vendor to verify that this a valid windows installer package.
