wonder why US customers get 20% and prompt service, while Canadian customers only get 10% plus super long waiting period for delivery and customer service hassles?

Seriously, though, the prices on laptops on the Lenovo US site are cheaper than for the same product on Lenovo Canada site. And now even greater discounts...

I think it's a volume issue. Lenovo is being very aggressive in the US market to gain market share and there just aren't enough Canadians..

So why didn't CDN customers get 20% and USA customers 10% discounts when our dollar was weaker? Just call a spade a spade and admit there's disparity in pricing.
