X60 T with XP Tablet Problems

OK I like everything about XP Tablet with the exception of the tablet PC input panel which seems to be broken. It docks at the top or bottom, but won't float no matter what I do, and the eraser doesn't work. Any help?

Vista's Tablet input panel WORKS.

Otherwise XPTE boots much faster and is more responsive overall.
