What do I do with overheating?

My CPU is at 94 degrees and my GPU is at 85 degrees, what am I supposed to do? I'm also past my warranty.

Well make sure the fan isn't clogged with dust or broken first.

Do a search on my posts - I posted recently about the difference in temps before/after removing the accumulated dust from the fan - it was something on the order of 30-40*C.

That is very warm. Approaching the 100c limit.

When I was compressing video my T2500 reached as high as 90c. After a good dust cleaning now idles at 38c. I have not compressed video since the cleaning but overall this simple cleaning appears to have done the trick.

yup take out the keyboard and clean the fan first, let see does it help or not.

Even easier - use the slotted attachment on a vacuum cleaner and put it against the grill on the outside of the case, by the fan. That should get the fan spinning and pull off the majority of the dust. You may not get as much dust as you could by removing the palm rest and keyboard, but I figure you'll get ~80% of the dust in ~5% of the time.
