UpdateMonitor.exe

I installed R&R 4.2 and i noticed that it started new service updatemonitor.exe with description: Monitors operating system files changed by Windows update and backup them from TVT Rescure And Recovery. Does anyone knows how this actually works? Does it save all installed KB updates and restore them when restoring system or?
