Will work perfectly in a T60 as long as the motherboard revision is version 3 or higher.

You can determine the motherboard revision with the program CPU-Z (google it). The MB revision will be under one of the tabs.

The VAST majority of the T60s are rev 3 boards. Only a very few early rev 1/2 boards made it out.

You also need to update your BIOS before you do the upgrade, so that the CPU is properly recognized.

A T60 was used to test this CPU, FYI.
