98SE to XP on 600X: SoundFusion question

#1 Post by sarakay » Fri Feb 22, 2008 5:30 pm

Hi, I am going to update my 600X from Win 98SE to XP. I ran XP's Update Advisor and it told me that SoundFusion in the control panel will no longer work in XP, and that I should remove it from 98SE before I do the upgrade.

The Lenovo site does not have an audio driver for the 600X beyond Win2000. Is the audio driver built into XP?

Thanks in advance,
Sara

Yes it's included, in fact the 600X's work perfectly with Xp but it's better to have at least 256MB or ram installed.
