password manager keeps installing again and again

I just have installed password manager through System update under Vista on my T43p and everytime I reboot and start the first explorer windows, PAssword manager installs again ...

Wanted to try a manual install "as administrator" but couldn't find a way to download the files manually from lenovo support ... Do you know where to download ?
