using modem w/ headset and dialing software

Hi all,

In hopes one of the resident gurus here can assist me in determining
the best config for my t23 with respect to telephone work while
working the net.

In the past, I used my 600e w/ it's internal modem and ACT software, which worked perfect. But that machine has been gifted to the kids!

I'm not finding the modem software on this t23, like I had on the other. Also, what software works best for database manipulation, dialing, etc.

Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated!
