T43 Memory Upgrade Speed Error?

I upgraded my RAM yesterday from 512mb to 2gb with this: G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200). When I look at my system information now it says 2 gigs of RAM but it lists the speed as 335 instead of 533. Is this just a weird error in the display of the information or is it possible I am really not getting the proper speed? I definitely notice an improvement in performance but I want to make sure i'm getting the most out of the upgrade. What would be the best program to test what speed I'm actually getting?
