pci memory controller and biometric on a t61

#1 Post by Steel185 » Sun Mar 02, 2008 8:22 pm

i reloaded the OS on my T61 in an effort to gain some lost speed and have everything back and working except the PCI memory controller and the biometric coprocessor according to the device mamanger. I tried to find these drivers on Lenovo's website but i guess its called something different.

Anyone know what Lenovo calls this so i can get the exact drivers. I was hoping the memory controller is what windows is calling the turbo memory but i wasn't sure.

thanks

Which OS you reloaded?

Biometric Coprocessor = Fingerprint reader.

PCI Memory Controller could be turbo memory but I suggest you download Unknown Device Identifier to find the name of the manufacturer.

With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.
