WOW...Left Palmrest burning hand

#1 Post by spasell » Tue Mar 04, 2008 10:43 am

I have to use an AT&T removeable wireless card at points when there is no connectivity at certain spots. Right now, as I am typing this, by left hand feels like it's been running the iron man triathalon, sweating profusely as the heat continues to build and build where the wireless card is inserted.

Anyone know WHY this would happen and how Lenovo would not recognize the potential issues that something like this would cause? I guess that problem would be eliminated with use of wireless mouse, which I have (at home) but I like to just pop the machine open and work.

Sounds like a card issue, not a laptop issue.

Contact AT&T or stop in to one of their stores. They should swap it without much argument.

Common sense to some of us is unfortunately the higher education others strive to attain.
