Verizon CDMA2000 EVDO WWAN card on T60P

Hi,I have a T60p with a Verizon CDMA2000 EVDO WWAN card on it. Is this card locked and only work with Verizon Wireless SIM cards? Does it work with other CDMA networks outside the U.S.?
