I thought that I would pass this solution on, but take care...
Occasionally I find websites will not save the password/ login info with Firefox. E.g. Yahoo mail, where I recently set up an 'anti-spam' account, would not save the info.
I found a webpage with a javascript solution at http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/200 ... -password/
I don't know how this will work with CSS and fingerprints (I have not gone back to CSS after the version 6 fiasco!) Also, the javascript only works with Firefox.
REMEMBER: The logins on some pages should not be stored, e.g. banks, so please use with care.
I hope that others find this useful.
