Where can I buy a Sierra mini-PCI WWAN card?

Hi,everyone
I'm looking for a Sierra MC8775 mini-PCI WWAN card .I did a search on ebay before, but found nothing.
Where can I find one of these?

Hehe... seems pretty pricey but if it works..... :)

No, I think it's for AT&T or maybe Cingular. The one for verizon is MC5725/5720
By the way, Does the one for Verizon need any SIM card inserted to make it work?
