Difference fan system between T21 and T22

I was told that the fan system of the T22 is more sophisticated than the former T-models.

I just compared the pictures of both fans and I find that they look pretty similar. Is there really a difference?

Has anyone tried to place a T22 fan into a T21?

HI,
I replaced the fan in the T20 by the modell of the T22. They are indeed very different, the T22 cooling system is much more massive and really keeps the CPU cool. The T20 cooler is too tiny fpr powerfull CPUs beyond 750Mhz.
However, I am not sure whether there is much difference between the models of the T21 and T22. The only significant difference I see is the large heat connector to the keyboard plate.

Does anyone see any major difference? The FRU for both pieces is different.

I play with the idea to exchange the fan of my T21 with the one of the T22.
