Historically, I have used this dock with some T41 and T42 laptops. But, will it work for a T43? I cannot seem to find a listing of what laptops it applies to

Yes. Everything will work in the T43, except the memory. Also, disk drives are more complicated. I use the same dock on T40/41/42/43

T43 has a different BIOS white list for WiFi and BT cards. So you have to get around it or buy new cards.
