Supervisor password on 760XD

I have a 760xd and I set the supervisor password. I know what the password is, but I cant remove it.

Can it be removed if I know what it is?

In EZSetup, select the PW icon, enter the SP followed by a space, hit enter in the next two windows and the PW will be gone.
