Configuring soundcard - S55e

Hi,
I've connected my S55e to a TV set and face an unexpected problem, loss of pc sound. Looks like the soundcard (SoundMAX HD Audio 1, Version 1.00, Product ID 65535/65535) is configured in such a way only one sound outlet is active, either the back connection or the front one. I've inquired about this problem and was told that this is a configurable option, while the default option is a single active channel, this option can be overridden.
Can you suggest how to configure the soundcard?
