FS: 800Mhz PIII CPU with fan/heatsink

#1 Post by Harryc » Sat Mar 15, 2008 6:45 pm

I have an 800Mhz PIII CPU and fan that came out of a T21. The fan includes the hold down bracket and is nice and quiet...clean.
$10 shipped for the pair. Paypal non-CC preferred. Shipping to the continental US.

Sorry to ask this (I'm laptop dumb), but will this work in my 570E? Just curious. I might be interested if it does. TIA!

It won't work with the 570E. The processor is soldered to the system board. :(

Thanks for the info. NBD as the 500 is plenty fast enough for what I do.

From Mapquest -
Estimated Time: 1 hour 57 minutes Estimated Distance: 108.39 miles

It would cost me $50 in gas alone :)

If you ship me your laptop, and pay for shipping both ways, I'll install it for $25.

Shipping is included in the $12, but you have to wait,

210 miles round trip @ $4, per gallon. I drive an SUV that gets maybe 18mpg highway. So 210/18x4 = $46.60...So I lied. Sue me.
