Nikon D300...

I know there are a few "photography" nuts in here; anyone pick up the Nikon D300?

If so; what was the camera that you used before it? In terms of usability (if you are not a "Auto" or "P" person) in comparison to your previous camera...has it made it "easier" to take pictures?

Any problems with the camera (how many actuations)?

Everyone that has gotten one seems to love it; just wanted to get some feedback other than the "Photography" forums...
