Formating a R40 from a Corporation

Hey guys, I just bought a R40 Thinkpad on eBay... come to find out that it was not formatted, and is locked by a corporation (is asking for a NT loggin and the such). I can get into the access button before the login, but am not finding any easy way to format.

So my question is 2 fold:
1. If there anyway to get the corporate login removed somehow?
2. Can you advise the steps to format, and will that take care of the corporate login?
