On site warranty in Israel?

I realize Lenovo does offer IWS in Israel.

Do they have an effective NBD on site service in Israel as well?

I doubt it but you should ask this question from support in Israel or Germany.

I do know Lenovo has on-site warranty in Israel, we are using it for our desktops. But I don't know what are the other initials you are referring to
