t22 won't charge Ultrabay Battery

I just got my T22 back to life with a new motherboard, and I splurged for an Ultrabay battery at the same time. For the first few days the 2nd battery would charge just fine, now it won't.

The battery is recognized and the Battery Maximiser program says that it's charging, but it doesn't take a charge (it doesn't get any more charged than 70%). Any suggestions?

Sound like you got a dud battery. Did it start out with more of a charge and decrease slowly, or did it all-of-a-sudden drop to 70%?
