Similar board but for Compaq Presarios?

Hello all, this place has been a big help with my Thinkpad & was wondering if anyone knows of a similar message board but for Compaq Presarios. Someone just gave me a bran new looking Compaq Presario V2000 AMD Turion 64. I was tolled the power supply got smoked & now the computer wont turn on & was looking for some ideas & parts replacement guidance. All the places I have looked at are extremely sub-par to thinkpads.com.

Not sure about yours, but compaq's and HP's are known to break power supply plugs. Sometimes those only break and sometimes when it does, it takes the mobo with it.
