LF: various TP240 addons

I recently acquired a 240X on eBay. So I'm looking for some parts to upgrade it. Namely:

1. 256MB PC100 RAM stick, must be low density 16 chip type
2. low profile wireless card that will fit 240 without mods. B card is ok but would prefer a B/G <<< got it
3. If anyone has a IBM USB optical drive that will work with the 240 out of the box that would be great
4. (optional) Also looking for a wireless antenna kit but that's probably an eBay item <<<got it

Check out wireless4laptop. They are a member here, and on eBay under the same user ID. I bought my antennas from them almost 2 years ago...fast shipping!

Bump with updates. Anybody has a 256MB or 512MB PC100 low density chip they can part with?
