Think vantage system update weird issue

Hello all,

i have a weird problem with system update, i have a thinkpad z61m
and when i run system update i install all updates, the software confirms that updates were successfully installed but the next time i run system update the update are still there, as if they werent installed.

What happens if you actually go in and uninstall a particular program, and let System Update do its thing again?

There is a bug in System Update.

System Update continues to show Hotfixes that are installed.

Lenovo updates will not install.
