R30 lost factory testing programs

#1 Post by sentosa » Sun Mar 23, 2008 3:11 pm

My second hand R30 has lost all its diagnostics programs and its manual that was on its hard drive. When i push "thinkpad" button nothing happens.

Please help

Not sure which diagnostic programs you are referring to, but the Software and Drivers support page for the R30 only lists the DOS version of PC Doctor:

As far as the Thinkpad key goes, I believe you need to download and install the Keyboard Customizer Utility that's also on the site I provided above.

NOTE: All links to PC-Doctor software hosted by me are dead. Files removed 8/28/12 by manufacturer's demand.
