40Y8519 webcam not shown in Vista Scanners/Cameras

Installed Lenovo 40Y8519 webcam on Vista Premium and have noticed that device is not shown in Control Panel > Scanners and Cameras although it does appear in Device Manager > Imaging devices.

Anyone else experience this and probably more importantly, does it really matter since the device works overall? Seems like just another Vista glitch.
