The speed is not the problem, the latency is. Browsing web sites with one megabit but 800+ ms response time will be still dog slow.

It's really interesting - but hard to believe.

Just a magic software application?! No upgrading costs?! Probably you'll hit this rate of 592kbps in some cases only.
